Instructions

Step 1
Cook or warm the falafel until hot and crisp on the outside.
Step 2
Wash the salad, slice the onion thinly, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and julienne the beetroot and cabbage.
Step 3
Spread the hummus on the plate as a base. Arrange the salad, onion, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, and cabbage on top or alongside.
Step 4
Place the falafel on the plate and finish with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
