Cookie dough pieces

blended into flour
80galmond flour
80gcrunchy Peanut butter
2 Tbspmilk
5 Tbsphoney

Instructions
Step 1
Mix almond flour, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and honey till fully combined
Step 2
Roll small balls of cookie dough, making sure each has a few chocolate chips, and set on freezer safe tray
Step 3
Freeze cookie dough balls till hard, ~1 hour
Step 4
Blend cottage cheese with honey and vanilla until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the blended base into a container and add cookie dough pieces, reserving a few cookie dough pieces, chocolate chips, and a drizzle worth of cottage cheese blend
Step 6
Stir the mixture and set in the freezer.
Step 7
After 1 hour, add remaining ingredients with some sea salt as toppers. Freeze for at least another hour
Step 8
Serve with drizzle of honey
