2celery stalks
roughly diced
1red bell pepper
roughly diced
1carrot
roughly diced
0.5cucumber
roughly diced
fresh coriander
finely chopped
¼ cupolive oil
¼ cupcider vinegar
15mlmaple syrup
or honey

Instructions
Step 1
Firstly drain and rinse your beans and add to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Now roughly chop the veg and coriander and add to the bowl.
Step 3
Add in the dressing ingredients .
Step 4
Mix the salad until well combined.
