Instructions

Step 1
Steam the broccoli until soft, then mash it well. Mix with ricotta, egg, flour, grated parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and white pepper until a soft dough forms. Shape the dough into small gnocchi.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan on low heat and add the garlic cloves, letting them release their flavor gently. Add the lemon zest and anchovies, keeping the heat low until the anchovies melt into the butter. Remove the garlic and add the lemon juice.
Step 3
Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float to the surface, then drain gently.
Step 4
Transfer the gnocchi to the pan and toss them in the butter sauce for about 1 minute so they are well coated.
