Instructions
Step 1
Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
Step 2
Add your tofu cubes and sear until golden on all sides (3-5 minutes), then remove from pan.
Step 3
Toss the stir-fry vegetables into the hot wok and cook rapidly for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 4
Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, straight-to-wok noodles, and cooked tofu back into the pan.
Step 5
Pour over the soy sauce, toss everything together for 2 minutes until piping hot, and serve immediately.
