Preparing the sauce

Cooking the stir-fry

Step 2
Cook Noodles: Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Stir-Fry Vegetables and Steak: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they begin to soften, about 2 minutes. Add the chopped broccoli and red bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until they start to become tender but still crisp. Add the chopped yellow bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.(Don't add the galangal and tumeric to the garnish I stupidly added them together in the ingredients list and can't remove them from being grouped together)
