Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Make sure the salmon is well coated with oil.
3. Make the creamy sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, add a little olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Add the heavy cream and lemon juice, and mix well. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 4. Bake the salmon: Pour the creamy sauce over the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Make sure each fillet is well coated with the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 5. Serve: Once the salmon is ready, remove it from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. ‣ Additional tips: For an extra touch of flavor, you can add some lemon zest to the sauce before baking. This will enhance the lemon flavor and give the dish a delicious aroma.
