Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Alfredo sauce: In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, heavy whipping cream, shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper until completely smooth.
Step 2
Toss the filling: Add the cold shredded chicken and 2 tablespoons of the bacon bits directly into the Alfredo sauce. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.
Step 3
Assemble the wrap: Lay your low-carb tortilla flat on the counter. Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture right down the center of the tortilla.
Step 4
Add final crunch: Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of bacon bits over the top of the filling.
Step 5
Roll and serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll it up tightly like a burrito, and slice it in half. Serve cold immediately.
