Step 1
Heat avocado oil in Dutch oven. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together and rub into meat on each side. Sear roast on all sides until browned. Remove meat from Dutch oven and set aside. Add bone broth to Dutch oven and deglaze the pan. Add meat back to the pan. Add the chopped vegetables. Put on the lid and place in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Cook for 4 hours.
