Instructions

Step 1
The Prep: Peel and devein your shrimp, and pat them completely dry.
Step 2
The Sauté: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter (or use olive oil) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Step 3
The Cook: Toss in the shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Just as the shrimp finish cooking, throw in your chopped radish greens. Toss everything together for 1 minute until the greens wilt into the garlic butter.
Step 4
The Finish: Remove from heat and finish with a big squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
