🇩🇪 Vegane French Toast 🥞✨ Mein absolutes Lieblingsfrühstück wenn ich am Wochenende Lust auf etwas Süßes habe. 🤍 Außen goldbraun, innen weich und in wenigen Minuten gemacht. Für 4 Toastscheiben: - 150 ml Pflanzenmilch - 1½ EL Speisestärke - 1 EL Ahornsirup, Agaven Dicksaft oder Zucker - ¾ TL Vanilleextrakt (optional) - ½ TL Zimt (optional) - 1 Prise Salz - 4 Toastscheiben - Etwas vegane Butter oder Öl zum Braten Zubereitung: 1. Alle Zutaten (außer Toast und Butter) glatt verrühren. 2. Die Toastscheiben 5–10 Sekunden pro Seite eintauchen. 3. In etwas veganer Butter oder Öl bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten goldbraun ausbacken. 4. Mit Ahornsirup, frischen Beeren, Banane, Apfelmus oder Puderzucker servieren. ✨ 💛 Mein Go-to-Frühstück wenn ich mir am Wochenende etwas Süßes gönnen möchte – einfach, gemütlich und unglaublich lecker. 🇬🇧 Vegan French Toast 🥞✨ My favorite breakfast whenever I’m craving something sweet on the weekend. 🤍 Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and so easy to make! For 4 slices of toast: - ⅔ cup (150 ml) plant-based milk - 1½ tbsp cornstarch - 1 tbsp maple syrup, agave syrup or sugar - ¾ tsp vanilla extract (optional) - ½ tsp cinnamon (optional) - A pinch of salt - 4 slices of toast - Vegan butter or oil for frying Instructions: 1. Whisk together all ingredients except the toast and butter until smooth. 2. Dip each slice of toast into the mixture for 5–10 seconds per side. 3. Fry in a little vegan butter or oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. 4. Serve with maple syrup, fresh berries, banana, applesauce, or a dusting of powdered sugar. ✨ 💛 My go-to cozy weekend breakfast whenever I’m in the mood for something sweet.
