4 lbsbeef stew meat
1 x 19 ozchorizo

1.5onions
large, finely diced
1.5poblanos
finely diced
2 lbsbowtie pasta
1 x 12 ozfrozen sweet corn
pkg
64 ozbeef stock
2 tblspbeef bouillon
2.5 tblspminced garlic
2cans cream of jalapeno soup
1can fire roasted rotel
1can jalapeno sauce
2 tspadobo powder
2bay leaves
1 tblspblack pepper
1 tblspepizote leaves
1 packetsazon
1 ½ tspchipotle powder
Instructions
Step 1
In large pot, brown beef and uncased Johnsonville Chorizo then remove
Step 2
Add in onions and Poblanos and saute until very tender (8ish minutes)
Step 3
Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes
Step 4
Add all ingredients except corn and pasta and return meat and simmer covered until beef is just tender.
Step 5
Add in corn and pasta and cook until pasta is just tender
