Instructions

Step 1
Salad Dressing: mix together mayo, yogurt, apple-cider vinegar & sugar. Cut & break broccoli & cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Add to salad dressing along with craisins, bacon bits, pepitas or sunflower seeds and optional chopped red onion. Toss to coat. Chill to allow flavors to meld before serving. Enjoy!
