5 steps
Prep:5min
It ain't stupid if it works. 3 ingredient, no bake, vegan, sugar free, and gluten free peanut butter chocolate protein bar? This "sludge brick" is just a swirling of cocoa powder and powdered peanut butter with sugar free syrup for a dead simple bar with 14 g of protein in 180 calories.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together powdered peanut butter and sugar free syrup with a silicone spatula, and set aside.
Step 3

Line a small container with parchment paper. Add the chocolate mixture to the bottom, then the peanut butter on top. Lightly swirl together. Optionally top with flaky salt.
Step 4

Freeze for at least 2 hours before eating.
Step 5
This whole bar has about as much caffeine as half a cup of coffee, so don't have it too late in the day. Alternatively, if you used carob instead of cocoa, it will be less bitter and caffeine free.
