Even though you can no longer buy JellI-O's, 1 2 3 Jell-O it's nice to know that you can still make it. This recipe reminds me of the way the Jell-O brand recipe was made with a blender. For a lighter version you can use sugar-free Jell-O and sugar-free topping.

Instructions

Step 1
Pour the boiling water into your blender.
Step 2
Add the dry gelatin mix, cover, and blend on low speed for 30 seconds until fully dissolved.
Step 3
Mix the cold water and ice cubes until you have 1 1/4 cups total, then add it to the blender and stir until the ice starts to melt.
Step 4
Pour carefully into small dessert glasses and place them in the refrigerator to chill and separate for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Add the thawed Cool Whip and blend on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth.
