6 steps
Prep:15minCook:20min
A hearty, satisfying twist on the classic Greek fast-food club sandwich - layers of toasted bread, melty Edam cheese, crisp lettuce and tomato, and smoky vegetarian bacon and ham, all held together with mayo spread generously between every layer. Cut into neat triangles and served alongside golden, crispy fries, this recipe makes four sandwiches per person, making it perfect for a filling lunch or a casual dinner for two.
