This is a simple, easy and versatile sauce that tastes delicious over lots of proteins. It's very easy to halve or double or triple depending on your needs. Of course you can use an equal amount of sugar instead of the erythritol if you aren't avoiding sugar. Try it, I hope you'll like it!

Step 1
Put everything except the last 4 ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch into a slurry and whisk into the sauce. Continue whisking until sauce thickens and is glossy. Add slurry a bit at a time as you may not need all of it. Add ribs, chicken pieces or whatever you like and stir until coated. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
