Creamy sausage pasta

RECIPE IN CAPTION BUT POSTING HERE INCASE YOU HAVE ISSUES VIEWING IT 🥰🫶❤️ 👇 Here's what you need (served 2 adults & 2 toddlers): • 3 Italian sausages, casings removed + rolled into mini meatballs • 1 small yellow onion, diced • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tsp tomato paste • 1/2 Ib shellbow pasta • 12 oz chicken stock • 12 oz heavy cream • Italian seasoning • Black pepper • Pinch of salt • Freshly grated Parmesan • Chopped spinach Here's how made it: 1. Brown the meatballs in a large pan. 2. Add the onion and let it cook for about 2 minutes. 3. Add the garlic and tomato paste and mix everything together. 4. Add the pasta and toss to incorporate. Let the pasta "toast" for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Add the chicken stock and heavy cream and mix everything together. 6. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is al dente & meatballs reach 160°F. 7. Uncover and stir in a metric ton of freshly grated Parmesan and the chopped spinach. 8. Plate and garnish with even more freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
