Instructions

Step 1
Preheat broiler. Line medium rimmed sheet pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick spray.
Step 2
Stir together sour cream, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 tablespoon lime juice, the chipotles in adobo, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in small bowl.
Step 3
Stir together coleslaw mix, remaining 1/2 cup cilantro, the lime zest, remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, the oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in large bowl.
Step 4
Place fish on prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, remaining 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and the chile powder; toss to coat. Spread in single layer and spray fish lightly with olive oil nonstick spray. Broil 5 inches from heat just until opaque throughout, about 3 minutes. Divide fish evenly among tortillas. Top evenly with coleslaw mix and sour cream mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
