Instructions
Step 1
Broil chilies and poblanos in oven until skin is soft and peelable
Step 2
Boil and shred chicken or chop and cook it on stovetop
Step 3
Remove skin from all chilies, cut into short strips and sauté with onion in oil for 5 minutes

Add chicken to pan with chilies and add drained can of corn
Step 5
Pour half or full container of crema over chicken mixture
Step 6
Cover with shredded manchego and stir till melted
