Step 1
1. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Add the thinly sliced steak over the vegetables.

3. Sprinkle the onion powder and black pepper over the steak.

4. Add the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Pour the beef bone broth around the steak.

6. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, until the steak is tender.

7. Stir the steak and vegetables together with the cooking juices.

8. Lay the provolone cheese slices over the top.
