Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs and lactose-free milk. Let sit for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, egg, soaked breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, parsley, paprika, black pepper, salt, and turmeric.
Step 5
Gently mix everything together with your hands until just combined. Don't overmix—that's the secret to tender meatballs.
Step 6
Roll into approximately 24 meatballs, about 1½ inches each.
Step 7
Place them on the baking sheet and lightly brush or drizzle with olive oil.
Step 8
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through and the center reaches 160°F.
Step 9
Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
