Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the beef: Slice the ribeye steak thin.
Step 2
Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic cloves, ginger, and pear. Add the sliced steak and mix until nicely combined.
Step 3
Add the mixture to a ziploc bag and let marinate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is recommended.
Step 4
Cook the beef: Heat 2 tbsp canola oil and add your beef, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook on medium high for about 2 minutes a side, or until slightly charred and cooked through.
Step 5
Serve immediately over rice, topped with green onions!
