Cheesy broccoli and potato bake
9 steps
Prep:10minCook:40min
This cheesy broccoli & potato bake might just be my new favourite autumn side.
Add pork steaks, sage & onion gravy and sweetcorn and you have the cosiest dinner without loads of fuss.
The potato bake was made with garlic butter, cream cheese, a little Parmesan and cheddar, then topped with a little more cheddar and baked until golden and bubbling.
Nothing complicated, just a really comforting family dinner that went down very well.
