Complex Garden Chili

This chili has depth and warm spice, the ingredient list is long, but the taste in the end is worth it, and little sweet, savory and has that umami taste that you crave. Most of the ingredients are pantry staples. In a day when everyone wants somthing easy and simple, somtimes we miss that depth that you can only get from slow cooking and attention to detail. This is a chili to take to the competition, or pot luck, your friend and family wont stop talking about it.
