2 tspwhole cumin
2black cardamom pods

½ tspcurry powder
½ tspcinnamon

1 inchginger
piece, finely chopped
1 ½ tspsalt
radish greens
washed and chopped finely
0.5 bagfrozen spinach
coconut oil
1 cupcanned diced tomato
½ cupwater
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion in veg oil until soft,then add garlic and cumin seeds
Step 2
Add ginger, coconut oil, greens, tomatoes, and water, stir to combine and warm through.
Step 3
Cover and seal- set on manual for 4 minutes. Quick release and adjust salt to taste. Serve with coconut manna
