Instructions
For the mince:
Step 1
Heat oil, sauté onions and garlic
Step 2
add pepper and fry for 2 minutes
Step 3
add mince and salt and pepper, fry till just done, remove from heat.
For the vegetable layer
Step 4
Heat oil and fry baby marrows with basil and pepper
Step 5
Add half the marrows in a oven proof dish
Step 6
Add half the mince on top
Step 7
Put half the potatoes in amongst the mince
Step 8
Sprinkle with half the cheese
Step 9
Repeat step 5-8
Step 10
Throw beef extract in at the sides and cover with foil
Step 11
Bake for 35min
