Instructions

Step 1
preheat oven to 450F
Step 2
season chicken with Old Bay & Lawry's seasonings
Step 3
cook for ~20-25 min
Step 4
let it cool and shred chicken with a fork
Step 5
add shredded chicken, dijon mustard, yogurt, grapes, green onion, celery, and almonds to a bowl and mix
Step 6
toast bread for sandwich
