1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspagave syrup
2 Tbsplime juice
1 tspsriracha
cabbage
for the overnight
0.5napa cabbage
cut into strips
1 ½ Tbspolive oil
1 ½ Tbspwhite wine vinegar
or red
1 tspagave syrup
1 heaping tbspvegan sour cream
or unsweetened thick soy yogurt

pink cabbage
for the
0.25red cabbage
medium, cut into strips
2 Tbspred vinegar
or white, generous

Instructions
Step 1
place cabbage inside a bowl and cover with vinegar, salt and syrup, mix and let sit for at least 10
Step 2
Marinate and bake/fry/air fry tempeh
Step 3
Wrap with cuc, and can do pickled red onion instead of cabbage
