1butternut squash
whole, quartered and the seeds removed
1carrot
medium, roughly chopped
1onion
roughly chopped
1 clovegarlic
1 x 2 inchfresh root ginger
peeled
1 x 2 inchfresh root tumeric
piece, peeled
1 Tbspground cumin
1 tspchipotle chilli flakes
this was more than hot enough for me, feel free to add more if you like it hot
1 Tbspolive oil
500mlwater
