Instructions
Step 1
Measure first 4 ingredients into a 2 quart saucepan. Stir together. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 min only. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add oats and coconut to mixture and mix well. Add vanilla. Drop mixture by spoonfulls onto a cookie sheet covered with foil. Set in fridge for 10 min to cool.
