Stuffed pointed pepper with feta

Instructions

Step 1
Wash the pointed peppers, halve lengthwise and remove the seeds. Press the garlic. Wash the parsley and oregano, shake dry and chop finely. For the crème de feta, crumble and mix with the dairy spread, garlic, parsley, oregano, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Step 2
Fill the peppers with the cream and place in a grill tray. Grill the pointed pepper for 10-15 minutes in the grill tray over direct fire and serve.
