Instructions
Step 1
Steam asparagus until just tender, about 5 minutes. Remove and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Step 2
Cook onion, salt, pepper, and garlic until tender.
Step 3
Prepare rice according to package directions. Use broth instead of water.
Step 4
Stir asparagus, onion mixture and shrimp into rice.
Step 5
Stir lemon juice and Parmesan cheese into rice.
Step 6
Serve with piece of fish, chicken or pork on top. Recommend blackened tuna.
