Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles according to packet instructions and add the broccoli, 2 minutes before the noodles are ready.
Step 2
In a pan add the oil and the mince Cook for around 4 minutes, breaking up the lumps as you stir.
Step 3
Add the spring onion, sliced chilli, oyster sauce, lemon juice and plum sauce Mix and continue to cook for around 5 minutes
Step 4
Taste test, add more seasoning or sauce if you feel it needs it.
Step 5
When the noodles and broccoli are ready, drain and add to bowl.
Step 6
Plate mince on top and serve.
