Instructions
Step 1
* In a pot add washed rice
Step 2
* Add salt, water and cover to cook until soft
Step 3
* Finely chop bell peppers and set aside
Step 4
* In a small bowl add chicken seasoning, salt, onion powder, pepper and mix until well combined
Step 5
* Cut chicken breast into even chunks and season with spice mix
Step 6
* Add oil to a large pan on medium heat
Step 7
* Add minced garlic and fry for 1 minute then add cooked rice and stir until well combined

* Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry for 5 minutes

* In another pan add small oil and fry seasoned chicken until no longer pink
Step 10
* Add diced onion and chili pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes then add diced bell peppers
Step 11
* Add stir-fry to rice, stirfry for 5 minutes then serve
