Step 1
Cut the grizzle off the roast and cut into bite size pieces. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into bite sized pieces. Set instant pot to sauté and sauté olive oil & stew meat until browned all over. Add the potatoes, carrots, onion, green beans, and 1/2 cup water. Add the tomatoes & liquid last. Add salt & pepper. Pressure cook for 30 minutes and fast release.
