Instructions

Prepping

Step 1
Dice your tomatoes into small, bite-sized pieces; dice your onion, then chop your bundle of cilantro. Set to the side in a small bowl.
Step 2
Place your thawed shrimp in a separate small bowl. Squeeze an even amount of lime juice over shrimp, then evenly coat your shrimp with Frank's Red Hot Chile 'N Lime seasoning.
Step 3
Melt one stick of butter in a small dish. Pour two tablespoons of minced garlic in the butter, then mix together.
Step 4
Pour your garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and let sit while you prepare your noodles.

Cooking

Step 5
Bring your pot of water to boil. Make sure to add salt and olive oil for taste, and easy noodle separation
Step 6
Once water begins boiling, add your noodles then cook to desired tenderness.
Step 7
While noodles are cooking, place shrimp in a sauté pan on medium-high. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, and a dash of Cayenne pepper, then cover. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 8
During the sauté process, your noodles should be ready to drain in a colander bowl.
Step 9
After 5 minutes, ensure shrimp is cooked all the way through. Turn off stove, and serve the mixture over your bed of fettuccine.
Step 10
Enjoy! (Note: adding a grated light cheese isn't needed, but definitely recommended. I used parmesean!)
