Instructions
Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan and then add the mustard seeds till they pop.

Now add in the garlic, ginger, onion and green chillies. Once softened add in the curry leaves and let it get fragrant for 3-4 minutes

Now add in the salt, pepper, turmeric and garam masala and mix for 1-2 minutes and let this mixture cool.

Once cooled, add this mix into the sausage meat and mix till combined
Step 5
Even add a row of the sausage meat to the puff pasty sheet and seal the edges with egg was and pressing down with a fork
Step 6
Cut into desired size, cover with egg wash and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-15 minutes
