Step 1
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in advance.

2. Grill pork belly first, then sprinkle a spoon of sugar and cook until golden brown.

3. When the pork belly is golden brown, add onions and green onions and stir-fry until the onions are transparent.

4. Add the sauce, ramen, and a cup of hot water and stir-fry it.

5. Use a torch or oil to add a fire flavor to it, and it's done!
