Instructions

Step 1
In a pan put coconut oil, black pepper, almonds and largely cut garlic cloves.
Step 2
Leave it on high on the stove until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the cut tomatoes and basil. Stir for about 5 mins then take the pan off the stove, add pesto, stir well, and let it sit for about 5-10mins
Step 4
Cook the pasta in boiling water until done.
Step 5
Mix the pasta with the sauce, shred the cheese on top and serve
