Step 1
1. Using your fingers, crumble tofu to resemble ground meat.

2. Toss tofu with taco seasoning or chili powder.

3. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and brown tofu crumbles.

4. For each serving, place 1 cup of lettuce, ¾ cup cooked cauliflower rice, ¼ cup tomatoes, ¼ cup cilantro, and 15 ounces tofu crumbles.
