Instructions

Step 1
1. In a pan with some vegetable oil, fry in some diced onions and garlic
Step 2
2. Once it’s done, add your plant-based minced meat block and cook well
Step 3
3. Add the seasoning and any other ingredients you want in your filling. I opted for tomatoes and broad beans
Step 4
4. Fill your taco shells with the cooked filling
Step 5
5. Add some shredded cheese and bake on 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted
