Instructions

Step 1
Start by mincing 1 fresh chili and slicing your yellow pickled radish.

Heat up your cooked rice for 1 minute in the microwave.

Add the rice in a big bowl. Then add a drizzle of sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili, radish and 6-7 Tbsp of your stir-fried anchovies. Then add 2 Tbsp of mayo, and scrunch up your roasted seaweed. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
