Step 1
Heat oil over medium-high in 10 inch skillet. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Drain, stir in salsa, water, and chili powder.
Step 2
Bring meat to boiling, reduce to simmer unconverted for 5-10 minutes until it reaches desired consistency. Stir occasionally. Serve in buns topped with smashed avocado.
