Instructions

Step 1
Dice the peppers & onions, and chop the spinach.
Step 2
Add the ground turkey and spices to a pan. Once the turkey is browned, add in the rest of the veggies, and the tomato & jalapeño sauce (and water). Cover and let this mixture cook down for a few minutes.
Step 3
Once the liquid has cooked off, add in the cheese and stir. Continue cooking until the cheese is fully melted and mixed in. Split into 4 meal prep containers and enjoy!
