Step 1
Toast rice in oil at medium heat until slightly golden
Step 2
Add spices and garlic and toast rice until browning
Step 3
Add tomatoes and broth and bring to a boil (carefully add broth it will steam heavily)
Step 4
Cover and lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes
