Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients for the Thai sauce and set aside
Step 2
2. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat
Step 3
3. Add ground beef and break it up. Cook until browned
Step 4
4. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until vegetables start to soften
Step 5
5. Pour the Thai sauce and about 3/4 of the basil into the pan and cook until the basil starts to wilt
Step 6
6. Serve over rice and top with fresh basil.
