Sauce
Melt butter, blend flour and milk until smooth. Add velveeta, when melted add green chilis and pimentos Filling-brown meat and onions, salt and pepper. Lay meat in tortillas top with cheddar cheese and roll up. Lay in a 9x13 pan.
Pour sauce over the enchiladas. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min
Serve with sour cream, lettuce
