Instructions
Step 1
Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 mins. Then add garlic, soy, honey to tea. Pan fry chicken until browned. Cut carrots into thick fingers and place in ovenproof dish. Add broccoli. Place chicken pieces on top of vege. Pour sauce mix over chicken. Cook in oven at 220 deg for 30-35 mins or until chicken is cooked.
