Easy one dish beef casserole passed down by my mum.

Instructions
Step 1
Peel & Slice onion, carrot and potates into thin slices.
Step 2
Do not peel pumpkin & cut in thicker slices than other veges.
Step 3
Put steak, soup, onion, sugar, salt & pepper into cassereole dish and stir together.
Step 4
Cover dish & microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from microwave and stir meat mixture.
Step 6
Layer carrot, pumpkin & potatoes on top of mixture.
Step 7
Put 1/4 cup of water into soup can & swirl around. Drizzle water over the top of the potatoes, ensuring to wet each piece.
Step 8
Spray with a little oil if you want (optional).
Step 9
Cover. Cook in microwave till veges are tender (approx 45 mins). Alternatively, Bake in oven at 220 degrees for approx 1 hr.
Step 10
NOTE: Cauliflower can be added on top when assembling. Or peas / beans can be added in the last 15 minutes of cooking.
